I’m accredited coach and mentor with the Institute of Leadership and Management and work with small businesses in the pet industry.

While self-promotion can be hard, being a best-kept secret means pet parents don’t know what you have to offer or how you can help them, so I’m really passionate about helping pet professionals like you find the confidence and tools to tell your stories and showcase the fantastic work you do.

I’m also a freelance journalist and blogger specialising in writing about the pet industry.

Since adopting my first rescue dog Daisy in 2009, I’ve written hundreds of articles about inspiring animals and people who make a difference.

This led me to write a book, Publicity Tips for Pet Businesses in 2018, a blueprint on how to pitch to the press.

I now coach pet business owners on approaching the media, so they stand out from the crowd and make an impact.

Being in the media isn’t just for big names with big budgets like Graeme Hall – we need to see ethical pet professionals out there now more than ever.

Clients have been featured on BBC Radio BBC Breakfast, This Morning, and in The Sunday Express, The Guardian, Your Dog Magazine, Pet Business World, Woman and Home and lots of regional and national titles, plus leading blogs and podcasts like A Dog’s Life with Anna Webb.
