At some point or another, we will have similar ideas as other pet professionals. But it’s important to know the difference with gaining inspiration from others compared to blatantly copying others.
It’s also important to remember that whilst many of us have similar ideas or similar business models. Just because you run a train and walk service or a adventure walk that shouldn’t stop others doing similar. But also if someone sets a puppy class up in the same hall as you, or down the road, it’s business etiquette in my opinion to get in touch or consider setting up a little further away (and makes more logical business sense, unless it’s a very popular location for puppy owners!).
But when it comes to business, it’s of upmost importance that we are supporting each other and for the majority of the time, there is enough business for everyone.
